Flute and piano concert with Elisabeth Parry and John Alley

🎶 An exceptional opening concert

To launch the musical season, the Friends of Monbos Church Association is honored to welcome two internationally renowned artists: flautist Elisabeth Parry and pianist John Alley.

This harmonious duo presents a program combining finesse, virtuosity, and sensitivity in a highly elegant musical dialogue between flute and piano.

🎼 Elisabeth Parry – Flute

Elisabeth Parry is a celebrated British musician, trained at the Royal Academy of Music in London. She enjoys an international career as a concert performer, teacher, and artistic director.

She has performed with numerous prestigious ensembles, notably in Australia with the WA Symphony Orchestra and the WA Opera Orchestra, as well as with groups such as the English National Ballet Orchestra.

Deeply committed to passing on her knowledge, she is now a leading figure in adult flute teaching and directs academies and workshops in Europe and internationally.

She regularly collaborates with top-tier artists and performs in chamber music ensembles, notably with the Deutz Trio.



🎹 John Alley – Piano

John Alley is a leading British pianist, having served for many years as principal keyboardist of the prestigious London Symphony Orchestra.

Trained at the Guildhall School of Music, he has collaborated with major institutions such as the BBC Symphony Orchestra, the Chamber Orchestra of Europe, and the London Sinfonietta.

A sought-after musician for his sensitive accompaniment and exceptional musicality, he is a preferred partner of numerous international soloists. He is also a co-founder of the Deutz Trio, an ensemble renowned for its refined performances.
